1. Cancellation by Customer
- 15+ days before trip: 80% refund
- 7–14 days before trip: 50% refund
- 3–6 days before trip: 25% refund
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund
2. Non-Refundable Components
- Permits, bookings, and third-party reservations
- Any prepaid activities
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method
4. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:
- Insufficient bookings
- Weather conditions or safety concerns
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- Full refund OR
- Alternative trip options
5. No Refund Scenarios
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or government restrictions
- Early departure from the trip
